Position: President and CEO
Mr. Gordon is the Vancouver representative for the CNSX stock exchange. He is also a Senior Associate with Evans & Evans Inc., a business valuation and corporate finance advisory firm, and Executive Director of the Canadian Listed Company Association. Previously, Mr. Gordon held management positions in corporate finance and marketing over a 17-year period, with the Vancouver Stock Exchange (now TSX Venture Exchange). Mr. Gordon is past President and board member of the Vancouver Society of Financial Analysts.
Position: Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Lavin has over 15 years experience in the areas of corporate finance and financial administration of public companies. Mr. Lavin is also the President and CFO of Orca Power Corp.
Position: Secretary
Mr. Antanavicius is a corporate and securities lawyer. He holds law degrees from the University of British Columbia and Vilnius University (Vilnius, Lithuania).
